Q.

Modi gave a lecture in SRCC in Delhi to-day. He drank water from a glass and asked his audience see people with positive thinking would say that the glass is half full, and with negative thinking would say half the glass is empty, but he said for him the glass is FULL, as half is filled with water and half with air. This is what corruption is all about. He openly drank the water and still called the glass full. Pure manipulation ! What an irony ?
