Modern or Conservative...Women are and were always at par with men.. The problem starts from the fact that men do not want to accept this fact and women are bent to prove that they are.

Women and men have always had conflicting differences since the beginning of creation. But women have become more liberated today as they are not confined to the four walls of the house. They are not just mothers and housewives, but executives, Prime Ministers and Presidents of nations. Women have attained the position they could not even think of about few years back. In todays advanced and modernized world, women are marching ahead in every field. They are matching their steps with men and have even excelled in the fields which were previously considered as monopoly of men.

A few generations back, women were not treated at par with men and were considered inferior to them. It was thought that they cannot do any productive work other than household chores. They were not allowed to step out of their homes to work. The primary duty of a woman was to look after the children and to take care of their homes. They were also deprived of all their rights.
