MOBILE In SCHOOL DAYS -- GOOD Or BAD ?

For school chidren ,such a mobile can be programmed that only parents can talk to them and thay can only dial to their parents. and they are not accessible from any other phone number . in case of difficult situation they can talk to each other and make each other tension free. I think such scheme will come soon
