Mining firm Vedanta made illegal political donations----news. Will this news have any adverse impact on Cairn India in which they now have majority stake? Your views?

It is highly unlikely. Political Donations whether legal or illegal are part and parcel of most indutrial houses and political parties. Sesa Goa, Vedanta Inc, Sterlite and even Cairn will not have any adverse impact because of this news alone.
