The present day available silicon sheeth as well as gel Implants have been tested for antigenicity and are very safe. Except for some wall fatigue related break down in the implant, they can easily pull on for fifteen years or so. All Plastic Surgeons like me carry this procedure. The size depends on the body frame of the patient. In present world, it sure helps you to enhance your self image and improves your efficiency. There is no problem with the breast feeding. Ask not for very large size. and ask for sub mammary sub fascial pre pectoral placement

No, It has been proved that they are not, especially if one starts to leak the body starts to absorb silicon which the leads to other complication and even removal of the breast.
The best thing to do is to stick and be satisfied with what nature gave you. beside Who are you trying impress and for how long. as the age catches up with you you have to come to trem with life then so why not now.

You don't know what to enhance. Enhance your thinking. Artificiality is no substitute for a real thing. Contentment is real happiness. Be active and not an artficial.
