I will be in Kolkata on 25 December for 3 days as a representative of my company in it's annual meeting,

Have you checked out a serviced office option? There is one famous service office called Regus Constantia which is near to Rawdon Street, South Kolkata. Its closely connected to the Eastern Metropolitan Bypass connector that provides a convenient link to the entire city, airport, IT suburb of Salt Lake City and Rajarhat along with good connectivity to Alipore and Dalhousie Square. The domestic and international airports are just 20 kms away from the apartment .The building houses other prestigious telecom and finance companies.
