Bad lifestyle habits are main reasons coupled with hypertension.Diabetes is increasing like epidemic levels which is another main reason for heart attacks.

Heart attacks are due to blockage, cardio vascular arrest,
it can be at any age, cardiavacular arrest of a person who was just 24 years

Reasons are many apart from it being hereditary. to top it all, accumulation of cholesterol in blood causes blockade and leads to heart attack...!

Heart attack is because of stress . In the modern generation its started from late twenties. earlier people never had stress so heart disease
