I have a corporate subscription of symantec, still i fell prey to virus? How do i get rid of that?

You need to upgrade the virus database regularly over the internet.

No anti virus can give u full proof protection against all the viruses...

Contact Symantec, and provide the information about Virus. they will provide either a patch or research on the same. For a good reason you may just have a spyware not a virus
