Me holding licence to drive a car..

This happens in India only;.. I read a book in 1975 CAR DRIVING IN TWO WEEKS, which was printed in Great Britain. The book had every minute details about driving and how to face the driving test to obtain a licence; if you fail then what further attemps to learn should be made was also taught therein.
We have no such binding, you can ask an Agent to bring a licence for you, and get going on any highway, in a busy urban road, do what you wish..
