Composer : Ashok Patki
Writer : Piyush Pandey

The new version is produced by Kailash Surendranath who was also there in old team. Composer is AR Rehman for Phir Mile Sur.

A R Rahman is not the composer of "Phir Mile Sur"

The "Phir Mile Sur" sucks big time for the various reasons.
1) It's too lengthy and really boring
2) It's missing the feel and sense of patriotism
3) The new tune is basically the original base tune but un-needfully been modified at places.. like stretching the alaap(s) which sounds pathetic
4) It's video shoot looks like a promotion instead of presentation of nationalism

Guys wake up!! Don't even think that this blunder has been conceived by A.R.Rahman.
Rahman is a man who has composed the songs like "Vande Ma Taram - Ma Tujhe Salaam" which is certainly the best patriotic songs in Indian music history every. It's redefied the national song Vande Matarm in a true sense. ...more

DAMBAR BAHADUR BUDAPRITHI popularly known as Louiz Banks composed the older version which was primarily written by Piyush Pandey. New version Phir Mile Sur is also good. I think composer is Mr A R Rehman.

Arti Surendranath and her hubby are god director and producer but their party life is much more important for their performance.....you will easily see them in mumbai mirror...they are almost in every high profile party.....one needs time for innovation and dedication towards work.......they may have wealth but their effort is seen here........they show deepika paducone with short skirt...whatz the meaning of showing that in a national TV channels......if deepika paducone wears a saree she will look Goddess.....alas,,,,,the director knows it but not did.....why drums....there are several indian instruments are there.....but hardly they used it.......lack of knowledge and vision.........but it will be appreciated by their party friends........wealth and fame is not everything........one must have effort and vision to be visible by the intellect people.......dat's it

The changes in video graphy and melody are alright but the replacement of instrument is not praiseworthy.
