Maximum people die of heart disease in India. Tests are costly, treatment is costly how will we save our lives?

Yes .. getting a heart check up taxes much on the pockets more often.And so not many go get a check up even if there is any discomfort or any symptom related to the heart.considering the expense it takes.And not all places can one get such check ups and it becomes very painful and tedious to find a good hospital for this job..But there is a good news now.. for a easier check up with less cost.
Research council of Medical Science have made a devise known as HeartTrace which is to be available soon at almost every clinic in our town , which holds simple procedure at less cost so that any body can afford to go get their ECG done easily, to get a treatment sooner ,saving more lives and to promote a healthy heart!!

The stress of the modern urban life is taking its toll on people and more and more cases of heart diseases are coming to the forefront. I believe that what is emphasized as the main reasons like less exercise and bad dieting habits, are not believable for me. I think that by turning more and more selfish people are actually depriving themselves of really enjoying life straight from the heart. I think they should be simply relaxed and comfortable with their body and enjoy others company.

Prevention is better Than Cure .Unhealthy habits should be changed to healthy Life Styles .In Rural areas Cardiac Problems are not much .So to avoid this one must follow a Strict balance of all activities .

It is said that only the fittest can survive. So, one has got to be fittest physically (good health no heart attacks) and as economically (able to get proper treatment and medicine). Rest all will die.
