Two strange entitities not known to each other earlier get married through an Indian arranged marriage system. How would each one of them behave or enjoy their first night together?

This has been a great dead lock between the two for ages in the past. It was therefore a custom that after 3 years of marriage she was first sent to the in laws house; during which time, the son in law could go to his in laws place and see her but not allowed to stay with her at night.
