Markandey katju chairman of press council of india first wrote governor of maharastra to grant pardon to sanjay dutta now he has written for jaibunisa qazi convicted for 5 yrs for same offence to pardon her, what will happen if criminals are pardoned like that, why katju is doing so?

An ex-judge has lost judging capacity. He does not know a very simple logic that law does not go on sentiments. Because parents of a criminal have done good job, son can commit crime.

Ever since Katju Sahab has become chairman of PCI he is issuing controversial statements.
And he is maintaining a certain line which is giving indication of his political ambition.
What is happening in my country !!!!!!

He must have received a big amount from other sources ............. he would have apealed long back ....... these persons know how to release a person by using the loop holes of Law .......... if it happens then it would be a big blow for our nation & to the Judicial dept .........
