Q.

When Gandhiji went on hunger strike, British Govt hurriedly bowed and tried to appease him. Our own Indian govt doesn't care two hoots for Anna Hazare's hunger strike. Why? Are we strong and British were weak?

This is first time anna hazare is getting mass support,in future if he does hunger strike again, momentum will be more and public pressure will increase next time manifold.
remember it took years for mahatma gandhi to achieve that status, anna hazare is in social service since long time but now only masses are much aware about him.
