Encounter or talk may be a part of terrorism solution.One of the possible reason for the terrorism is that the explosions are no longer the handiwork of outside agencies. Instead, much men, money and material are probably of internal origin. Fighting terrorism is an arduous process requiring painstaking work by professionals,untainted by political bias, at all levels of officialdom. To remove terrorism, we should : 1. Strengthen Intelligence inputs. 2. Apply harsh laws, without political interference and without misuse of law like POTA by exercising authorities. 3. Recruit trained informant. 4. Now, terrorism is safely abetted by well educated, least suspecting individuals ( even family members are not aware ). They have no criminal records. So to nullify their move, their social grievances must be addressed. Positive sign would be not to target any particular community. 5. Encounter can never be solution for solving the problem of Terrorism. Hatred begets hatred .Only best solution is better talks by competent mediators. But again I think we need complete overhaul on social level to achieve any positive results by talks.
