I used to cook in earthern pots earlier but now not possible due to office workload. It used to taste much better than food cooked in steel utensils.

Yes. I have tasted it when in a village camp we stayed for 7 days.. We ate what they eat and the taste was really lingering in the mind.. The food had a typical roasted taste.. that cannot be matched in any modern oven.

Tasted but not cooked ........ Now a days also, in some of ethnic style hotels in urban area, they serve these kind of foods.
But most natural ones I hv tasted are in highways of Karnataka especially Bangalore and Mysore highway.
