In most of the cases of marriage between people of different nationalities, it is not actually because the persons do not like their own culture. Coming to Indians, I know of many who are married to Pakistanis, British, Americans and persons from other nationalities. They do like their own culture and keep in touch with the same and even celebrate Indian festivals. It is love between two individuals which normally get them into wedlock and that is all. Very few give up Indian culture. By and large, Indians, even after marrying foreigners, remain Indian by culture and are always eager to visit their country at the earliest opportunity.
