Any dung is a waste coming out of an animals body. In reality there can not be anything auspicious in it. If it is auspicious then one would feel blessed in the presence of a constipated elephant which must be holding kilos of dung inside it. Not that I have ever had an opportunity to be near a constipated elephant but I am sure it must be hell standing anywhere near it and having to smell the air around it.
