Excuse me and permit me to disagree with the statement. man mohan himself is in no way a chor or dishonest person.
however he perhaps lack courage to take action against the wrong doers in the cabinet because of pressure from certain corners.which indirectly establishes his involvement too. secondly no body knows as to why he can not resign and come out of the dirt except for the reason some one in power might have possibly prepared file involving him certain cases and he might be getting black mailed.
