Mam how i can complete 2km race within 5 minute by maintaing stamina.
also suggest me the style of running,food and drink requirement before and after the race.

Hi! You need to consult an athletic coach for running specifically. From a basic fitness angle, have 2 glasses of water and a banana approximately 30 minutes before the run. Have another 2 glasses of water after you finish. Get the coach to guide you on running style and more details on food and drink.
