Most of the things we buy have wheat flour. Even the ATTA BREAD which is also known as brown bread have wheat flour. Then how can they say that it dont have maida and charge more from us. I have also seen some branded biscuits which write that they are atta biscuits, have wheat flour used in their ingredients. Thats why i need this clarification. Still confused.

So is it right to say that all the Buscuits these days who write Wheat Flour as their ingredients dosnot use Maida?
Maida is made from wheat, but why there are different product with diferent prices, maida is cheaper than wheat flour and people use maida to adulterate wheat flour
