No Maida is not good at all --- it has "empty calories"which means they do not burn up they just stack in our body

Maida as such is not bad for health. However, Atta is better considering the value of chaff that goes with it.

Definitely not good, but can be eaten occasionally.......switch to Wheat bread, atta noodles, wheat poori
