It is True.............Maharashtra is well developed......mainly MUMBAI I can say has good Infracstrucure developed..........Only Something needed is to Maintain it by Proper Way........and Public should be aware while using such Facilties at Airports, Railways and other Public Places Like Hospitals........mainly who comes from the other parts of the Country to Mumbai !!: ))
