Not really.......Hand written has no bearing on being fake or genuineness of any certificate.......its genuinity can be ascertained by geting it verified by university by the authorities to whom certificate is submitted .
All the bank cheques are hand written like amount,name, date,sign etc.....it does not make it fake but it becomes more authentic.....How can hand written certificate can be fake as long as it is issued by competent authority as according to the law.....it cann't be ...Be sure of this.
