There are 51 cases of death sentence still to be decided in India. His number is 52.He can still appeal in the high court and they will have to re look the case before announcing capital punishment.Even after the judgement of High court if the honorable court still upholds his death sentence, he still has a right to move the Supreme court and then of course the mercy petition to the President of India.
And as there are still 51 hangings before him , in that order , if he contests, which I am sure he will, it would give him enough life before he dies a natural death.

I have an apprehension that he will disappear from the jail, in a fine morning. Towards the betterment of things, let there be an ungerground cell, like the ones in South American Countries; a lonely and filthy one; keep him confined there till the sentence is carried out.

His number is 52

the court has to give this to high court and they will have to re look the case before announcing capital punishment

he then has a right to move the bench of high court , followed by supreme court and then ofcourse the mercy petition

and yes , 51 hangings before him , in that order , if he contests that

so it would give him enough life before god decides to end him
