In every field of social and national and international & also fields like academy, politics, art, games etc, I have different favourites, so telling just one name will sheer injustice to others .
India's Freedom Struggle - Netaji Subhash Chandra Basu ( not in isolation of Shahid Bhagat Sing to Mangal Pandey and Laxmi saigal and the band of followers) can you imagin howmnay people sacrifiecd their lives for the cause of the freedom of our Country)
Academy - Albert Einstein, but how can I forget other scientists including our our own C.V Raman , S.N Bose, Chandrasekhar. Or so to say Isaac Newton
