A village panchayat in Muzaffarnagar has banned the use of mobile phones by unmarried girls, a move they feel would prevent them from eloping with their lovers. The all caste and community panchayat met a Lank village of the district and discussed the "Bad effects" of mobile phones on youngsters and passed the order., Is it justified?? Your views???

According to recent survery conducted by family health percentage of village boys having premartial sex is 67% and girls is 34% whereas in cities in case of boys it is 56% and girls is 24%
