ICC is not a court to declare a verdict....no should escape from the hands of the law if he has committed a crime, and dis loyalty to nation when representing it is definitely a crime with no compromise...but they should have been waited till the final judgement of the court in this case as the court is still considering this case actively....

To me this action seems to be more to safe gaurd themselves (read- committee members)
