No. Let people decide. At this juncture, if he is banned he will get sympathy from the public.

No... Why should he be..?
Varun is the only Hindu left in Nehru-Gandhi family today & His statements doesnt look like a discriminatory one.
In present scenario its rather a defensive statement.
Gujarat riots were over long way back. And more than 3 Bollywood movies were produced and shown in various theatres of India and abroad picturising Hindus as Blood thirsty demons, who are after the lifes of minorities.
No directors or producers of these movies spitting venom of Hindu hatred were arrested oir tried..so why now..?
All these are the handy works of Congress & the so called Gandhi Family which has completely converted and has a foreigner as head now.

Navin Chawla soon to become CEC will sit on the panel to decide about the near-term political future of Sanjay Gandhi 's son . There are layers of ironies , including Chawla's role during the emergency and more recently his NGO recieving funds from congress MPs . In my view he should disqualify himself from the panel since he himself is under a cloud of alleged wrong doings.
