Its exactly not like that, laws in india perfect in book but problem inimplementation of law is illeteracy of majority of population and corrupt system and police lengthy procedure in courts give that impression. if law is not there can we survive in india, we must think about it.

Wot can u do? law r made for big ppl and their followers. If u will write a PIL it will b missed in post. n u will receive such treatment everywhere that u will blame yrself for writing the PIL. This is my personal experience.

Our country is a liberated country where all are free to do any thing.......even murder or rape........we lack moral values and there is no law here...jungle raaaz prevails.
