Laughter and tears are both responses to frustration and exhaustion. I myself prefer to laugh, since there is less cleaning up to do afterword .

A regular good laugh is healthy. It actually mitigates the effects of exhaustion and frustration. At times when the laugh is so good you tend to feel wetness in your eyes due to tears which is good as well. So my choice is obvious, I'll go with a good laugh
