Last night I was watching A TV Serial in Colours -In that the dad was telling his son " arre Ullu ke patte!! Meri baat maan !!!
Is it not offensive then ??BTW is the TV serials fall under the preview of Sensor Board or not ??

It is bad language but tv serials are not censored by censor board of india
