In Hinduism, purification of the senses is a prerequisite for the purification of mind and spirit. When the senses are purified, man can be a transparent medium of the light of God within. He can also see the wisdom of life, because he has "eyes of wisdom". Purification of the ears in Hinduism is a symbol for man's ability to receive the divine power that sustains the spirit, without which man starves spiritually:
.if from self conceit, thou wilt not listen (To Me), thou shalt perish (Bhagavad-Gita: 18: 58).
Cleanness of the body accompanies yoga practices as a necessary preparation for the union with God.

Aaraadhana is a process in which the energy within the body [atma] conjoins with the universal energy [ power of God ] that mingles with. As per the Lord Krishna " Araadhana for long [life] time is a Karma Sanyasa is lesser prominence than the Karma Anustana [ performing bodily duties[karma] for general good]
Becoz we are been created by God with energy for performing tasks assigned to us as per the Prarabda acts of last life brought forward to this Janma
Upwas is a pain we take for the sins we committed in this Janma so that the sins will not carry through the further Janma[s]

Kyunki manushye ki aatmaa Paraatmaa ka his ansh hai, isliye woh shuddh hi hoti hai. Keechad mein uge kamal ki tarah. Keechad ki chheenton se nirlipt. Shaayad Parmaatmaa ne swayam hi aisi vyavastha ki hui hai ki uska ansh, jo kuchh samaye ke liye dharti par aata hai ... sada shuddh hi rahe. Antatogatvaa usse Paramaatmaa mein veleen jo hona hai.
