Kya ya Kya agar kolkata weir industries ltd doob jati hai to government iska zimma leta hai kyoun ki ye jo investment karwarahi hai apne company me uske badle me invester ko apne compny ka prefrence share issue karta hai. or prefrence shere 100% secured investment hai.
kya iska zikr ministry of finance ke book me hai, kya govt ke company act 1956 me hai.
plz help me.

Govt is not at all not respnsible for this and if it fails u can contact Company Law Board regarding preference shares would prefer u look for companies act and read it completely it is about 332 pages
