Muze tho lagtha hai ki aisa kuch nahim hai. India ke har kone kone me dharmik lok hain, sift mahilayen nahim lekin mard bhi.

Dear Subhash jee, koi bhi insan ek din me dharmik nahi ban sakta .Dharmik hona ya god fearing hona to hume apna parivar sikhata hai. Dravidians aur aryans ke culture me bohut fark hota hai .. south me log Hindusim ko follow karte hue Go -maans ko upbhog karte hai parantu north me aisa drishtant aati durlav hai -- behetar ye hai ki uttar aur dakshin ka tulna na kare .

No Subhashji..I feel it is individualistic and anybody can be religious whether she is in North or South India or anywhere..It depends on their upbringing and how they see certain things and what makes them have their faiths.

No sir ,i have lived almost everywhere in india.I have seen majority of indians are religious irrespective of gender.
Only thing is intensity of faith matter in individual ,not region.

I don`t think any study has taken place on this subject. So it will only be personal experience. And my experience is mixed one. Majority of the ladies I have come across, whether north or south, are religious.
