Yes , I have read he is convincing ,but, he opined our politicians did not make or might not made any efforts to repatriate their stashed wealth and doubted that they had applied their mind to earn on them .

That black money gets multiplied by investing in areas like real estate in india. Then after a gain, it's siphoned back offshore till a new proj comes about.
