Kya BIHAR mein bhi U.S aur U.K embassy hai......agar nahi to ...Kyon nahi hai....?

Jee nahin hai embassies/high commissions are opened only in the capitals of the country and not other cities. the ones in mumbai etc are called consulates and not emnbassies. but, any way, none is therre in Bihar
