Bhowanipore is the second largest city and is also one of the most famous parts of South Kolkata. The following railways stations Rabindra Sadan, Netaji Bhawan and Jatin Das Park lies close to Bhowanipore if you are traveling through metro railway.

Actually south kolkata starts from AJC bose rode. when you go go south from esplaned you will go to rabindra sadan metro station. from that part onward towards south is called south kolkata
