Yes Dynasty rule should be stopped by Election commissioner,He should ask the candidate on what basis he is contesting and what he has done for the commom man before contesting, like OBAMA who did social work for community development before contesting elections besides he should have basic education like graduation, should geta crime free report from court and police and be accountable to citizens for one year after election.A progress report should be made for elected candidates every month by his members on how hes faring with points from 1-10 ,if he is below 5 he should be dismissed and another candidiate replaced in his position.Nobody should be in same seat for more than a year.Corrupt officials should be jailed .Management style corporate governance best. for India and Indians.

The criteira should be competance and not dynasty or otherwise.
In most lines business, film, govt service.... Dynasty has a role.... let us not loose out good youngsters just because his parents were also competant....This mistake we have doen by segregating SC/ST and antagonisg most....

OFCOURSE, it should be stopped and it is only us - We People should stop voting for such leaders who promote their sons and daughters. The sons and daughters should first prove themselves worthy and then fight the elections on their own merit and not because they have their fathers / mothers as leaders. STO DYNASTIC RULE - DO NOT VOTE FOR SUCH LEADERS.
