China, it seems, cannot digest the fact that while it is nearing the end of its economic growth tunnel, at the same time, India, whom it views as its rival in Asian leadership and a serious contender to world power status, is on the threshhold of international prestige and power. And that too, not by suppressing its masses and gobbling up its militarily weak neighbours, or by indulging in mass murders like the one the world witnessed at Tiananmen Square under Li Peng, but by methods totally humane, and means utterly fair. It has tried every means to prevent us from making our mark, be it the opposition to the n-deal with the USA which it tried to scuttle with the aid of its cohorts in the form of the CPM in our country, or its blocking our bid for a permanent seat in the UNSC with full veto powers. But, its obstructionist attitude notwithstanding, it is my firm view, that sooner or later, the permanent seat in the UNSC will be ours because the world community at large cannot continue ...more

There are many internal issues in China then growth has certain limits India is a competitior though earlier disragard but not for long global recession military expenditure is the cause where they cannot solve their socio-economic problems mass uplift of entire China is mammoth task it will take century even we hold our republic despite differences our federation is intact where they are not able

Misunderstanding started. Media started hyping too. We can expect a war in near future. Mostly in 2010.
As ususal Govt is keeping low profile in border issues.
