Absolutely No. His mannerism says as if he has to contest some Mushaiyara with other poets where he holds some edge.

AAP is a clever party which devises its political strategy by studying every aspect of the situation. Kumar Vishwas' challenge to Rahul Gandhi in Amethi is a clever strategy to encash AAP's current popularity and the fact that Congress had lost most of the assembly seats in the Amethi constituency in the state assembly elections. So it is safe to assume that chances of his winning from Amethi are high. Its the same strategy by which they got Congress votes in Delhi by appealing to people on misgovernance and anti incumbency factor.
Of course it is not mature politics, but people find these kind of populist gestures appealing as these are good entertainers.
