Well Kolkata is a city of traditions and culture, so you can't expect much of new fashion there, where emotions flare up for small reasons, even not allowing Uday Shankar in slippers in a club can be a cause of controversy. Then there is this Mamta Bannerjee, who leaves no stone unturned for creating controversy.
