Try using a different browser, such as Opera, Mozilla Firefox or Internet Explorer. Alternatively get rid off the temperarory internet files, cookies, history from the browsers settings. For this in Internet Explorer, Click on Tools and then on Internet Options and under Browsing History click on delete. After try to login into your account, you will be able to log in and access inbox. Alternatively, access your inbox through a different computer.If nothing seems to solve your problem, contact rediff customer support by following link:
