It must have been the BEHN calling that she got her disturbed....not madam. In her reply, she is asking about BHAI calling. Yes it can be irritating sometimes when a totally stranger calls u bhai or behan or even son when it is from a male. After all, it is FALSE........that is why its looks bad. Will these people treat u like his real brother, sister or son in a critical situation? NO. Then why the pretension?

I dont understand why she dislikes to be called as madam or maam. it is the highest honour given to a lady. maybe she is tomboyish and wants to be like men
