Q.

Key Team Anna member N Santosh Hegde has said that it's foolish to expect blackmoney stashed away in Swiss banks by Indians as they would have "cleaned out" by now and transferred it to other tax havens.- By the time black money is brought back the UPA would have left the government ?

It is true. Knowing that the bill is going to be passed, any leader worth his salt will move it away from the Banks which would be "enlisted" as a target bank. They would ensure that the bank in which they have kept the money is not listed in the "Safe heavens" list !
