Q.

Kejriwal went for a direct fight against Modi in varanasi. Modi went all over to Amethi for election rally against Congress top leader.

Is this change going to become a trend for the future?

Who has seen the future/? We can just predict. The trend may not continue as AAP is expected to be a matured party with experience n will not like to fight against the top leaders of other parties. This type of fighting hampers campaigning by Kejriwal for other AAP candidates.

This similarity is just superficial.
Modi went to Amethi not, so much, to defeat Rahul but to create ripples in nearby constituencies as well. He wants to be PM.
AK is not looking to be PM. His single point agenda is to stop Modi

It has been always there if u look in to the History and will continue in future also.
Even one who nicknamed as Buffoon challenged IG and came-out victorious.
Kejariwal would n't get a better free publicity than this kind of stunts atleast till he looses deposit.
As for as Amethi, if Rahul loose the election then the credit goes to big mouth Priyanka for spoiling his opportunity if he had continued to keep some what low profile as for as Amethi is concerned like Sonia did in Rae Bareli. Now after Modi's rally, now there are remote chances for Smruti Irani though she had done good ground work for last few weeks in Amethi.
