I think you wanted to ask "KATHNI" and not KATNI aur KASRNI ko kya kahte hain English mein?Kathni means SPEECH/STATEMENTS/WORDS SPOKEN and KARNI means ACTION. This is used when a person says something and does something else like POLITICIANS.Isliye KATHNI AUR KARNI mein phark hota hai.
