Upset over 'the Republic killing its own children', the Supreme Court sought the response of the Centre and the Andhra Pradesh government on a plea for judicial probe into the killings of top Maoist leader Cherukuri Rajkumar in an alleged fake encounter six months ago. Comments plz.

Anybody born in India is son / daughter of our country. We have adopted our Constitution to run the country. Constitution is a base to decide any matter. When the contents of Constitution itself are not accepted by certain son/daughters of our country, in what other alternative way such action may be made to correct. If they are not killed, we the people who accepted the Constitution will get killed otherwise! After indications from the government of India of framing policies and taking measures to curb them and push them to come to the mainstream under the democratic setup of the nation, the upsurge in the violence is reported from different naxal-affected states. They are resorting to bandh, loot and destroying property, and abducting and killing people. The naxalites have become the worst enemy from within the country. If we can act against the terrorist in Jammu and Kashmir, and previously in Punjab, to defeat the divisive, disruptive and terrorist forces, why is there so much dela
