Itz better if he quits. He has been liability to BJP. Though BJP would feel the heat of his quit for sometime, it would come out of it over a period with one good performance. As for as yeddyurappa, he will be one more bangarappa in karnataka history, as both of them hv lot of similarities.

He can shake the BJP government in the State. But, it is doubtful whether he will be able to win the elections on his own. His act will either allow Congress or Devegowda's Janata Dal to come to power.
