Most of da time i have seen Sanjeev kapoor on TV, jst read a few recipe books by TD..I like SK, da way he presents itself is very good and his recipes r easy to make...

Both have their different niche areas. SK is a commercial chef who is reaching out to the general public. He has been a pioneer in creating awareness and interest in cooking. His shows are good for those who want to cook hotel type of food at home.
TD has an orientation towards Gujarati food (but goes much beyond that). Her innovative ideas about using minimum amount of oil are very good. Her shows are good for creating attractiveness in typical home type of food.
I have found that, sometimes, for the same dish, there is big divergence in their recipes and styles. I refer to both of them, depending upon what I am in mood for cooking.
